Unlock Brawl Stars Juju for free
There are generally two ways to unlock Juju with in-game currencies, and both have free variants.
Juju for Brawl Stars Credits
- As a Mythic brawler, Juju costs 1,900 Credits.
Brawl Stars Credits is a reward currency on the Trophy Road. You play the game, win matches, and earn trophies. Your total number of trophies unlocks new tiers of the Trophy Road.
Credits are rewards on some of the tiers. For example, you can earn 925 Credits with 3,000 Trophies on your account and 450 Credits with 3,700 Trophies.

Credits can be earned by leveling-up your brawlers. Just play with one from your roster, and you will get rewards and your skills will get better.

1,900 Credits is not a small amount, but it’s also not too big of a sum. If you enjoy Brawl Stars and play the game regularly, you will earn it. Still, to unlock Juju, you need to reach her on the Starr Road. This is a system of unlocking characters with Credits.
The game offers you to choose who you unlock next. If you have a Mythic brawler in queue, you may have a chance to switch to Juju. Otherwise, the Starr Road is long, especially for newer players. Juju is in the end, after Brawl Stars Moe.

JuJu for Brawl Stars Gems
- You may decide to unlock Juju for 349 Gems.
Gems are a Brawl Stars currency that normally costs real money. The packages are different: you should pay $23.99 for 360 Gems or $119.99 for 2,000 Gems (the biggest offer).
There is no direct way to get Gems for free. But, this currency is a reward on some tiers of Brawl Pass Premium. So, if you pay for the Pass (for example, you are aiming for a nice seasonal skin), you will end up having 100 Gems from Premium and free tiers and 150 if you add Premium Plus tiers.
Say, if you paid for the SpongeBob Brawl Pass, the Halloween one, and you are going to participate in the Angels vs Demon season, You will be able to unlock Juju for free. Sure, there are totally free Brawl Pass tiers, but you need to spend even more time to accumulate 349 Gems.
Gems can be used as an addition to Credits on the Starr Road, so that you can unlock a Brawl Stars new brawler quicker.

How to play Brawl Stars Juju: Guide
Juju is rather an unusual character. She combines elements of other brawlers and adds the layers of situational planning.
Basic Attack
- Juju’s Basic Attack is throwing a doll as an Artillery projectile.
This makes Juju similar to other Artillery brawlers, such as Barley. Still, these projectiles are pretty unique; they don’t leave damaging puddles and don’t shoot debris all over the place. Juju’s Basic Attack gets different properties depending on where the brawler stands.
- Shooting from the ground means boosting damage.
- When Juju uses her projectile from the grass, the dolls reach farther.
- Attacking from water adds a slowing effect for victims.
Yes, it’s true: thanks to her Trait, Juju can walk on water.

Super
- With her Super, From The Other Side, Brawl Stars Juju summons a voodoo doll Gris-Gris. It attacks the nearest opponents independently.
The game has other similar Supers: like summoning a bear with Nita’s Super. But Gris-Gris has a bigger range, and it nicely corresponds to the basic projectiles, bringing more versatility to the kit of Brawl Stars Juju.

The best build for Juju in Brawl Stars
The exact build for Juju depends on your personal style in Brawl Stars. In this section, we have some general ideas, based on the features of this brawler. This build is pretty much universal, but feel free to adjust it if you feel like other choices will be better for you.
- Star Power Numbing Needles — the attacks of Gris-Gris (the Super doll) slows the victims down.
It is crucial to have such an option, as Juju needs a safe distance to damage opponents with her basic attacks. The other Star Power option is Guarded Gris-Gris, which is a protective shield for the Super doll. It also may be effective to deal more damage, but protecting Juju herself is a priority.
- Gadget Elementalist — on activation, Juju gets a 3-second buff. It can be damage reduction (if Juju stands on the ground), invisibility (if Juju is in the grass), or higher movement speed (if she is on water).
Using this gadget requires additional situational planning, but with clever usage, these boosts become a serious advantage for Juju in Brawl Stars matches. The alternative gadget is Voodoo Chile, which gives all three elemental properties to the next Basic Attack. This is a more straightforward choice, and you may prefer this approach.
- Gears: Speed, as it’s important for Juju to not let opponents come too close; and Shield, which will protect Juju in close-range fights to let her move away and use her projectiles.

Game modes for Juju
In Brawl Stars, Juju is the best with a close-range teammate, which helps her be viable for any game mode. The voodoo doll of Juju’s Super makes the character pretty good even in solo modes and in solo queues, but this requires good skills with the character.
- Showdown — Juju is great for Duo (and Trio of time-limited events). Check bushes with her projectiles and deal good damage with her Super. She may struggle in Solo, though.
- Grab Gem and Heist — These are very good modes for Juju, where she can shine with her versatile kit. The brawler has tools for defensive and offensive actions.
- Knockout and Bounty — Juju is very effective within a team. These also are good modes for her.
- Brawl Ball — She can clear the way for a teammate with the ball or protect the goal from a safe distance.
- Hot Zone — Artillery brawlers are generally good for this mode, as you can destroy opponents without coming too close. But Juju may struggle capturing the zone herself, as it may be difficult for her to stop quick opponents approaching from different directions.

General tips for Juju in Brawl Stars
While this new Brawl Stars brawler is a versatile one, the strength of Juju is a lot in her ranged attacks. Keep a good distance from your opponents and send the Super voodoo doll to distract them and attack at a close range.
Playing with Juju requires practice and attention. She is not as straightforward as some other brawlers, and the best results come when you consider your environment and the effect it applies to your projectiles. Brawl Stars practice will give you knowledge of which boosts are better for different modes and situations.
Try to team-up with close range characters, as it’s a very good brawler link for Juju. Actively use walls and water to avoid shoots and don’t let opponents come close to Juju.
